Preparing Colonias Children to Succeed

(College Station, TX) — With back-to-school just around the corner, we are sponsoring a program to provide backpacks, shoes, and school supplies to children living in the colonias near Alton and San Carlos, Texas. This program will reach almost 100 children. Every child will receive a new/unused backpack and a $20 Wal-Mart gift card to purchase shoes, clothes, or supplies for school. Donations may be dropped off at the SRPH College Station campus on the corner of University Drive and Adriance Lab Road, room A-108 from now until August 11th.
