Media Inquiries
Please contact us to arrange interviews, videos, photography and recordings with our faculty, staff and students. Our assistance and presence is required for any visits by members of the media to all Texas A&M Health facilities. This includes film and photography crews working on projects on behalf of Texas A&M.

Republishing Guidelines
We welcome the republishing of Vital Record stories with proper credit and adherence to the following guidelines:
- Do not edit our material, except for changes in editorial style or to reflect time (e.g., “today” to “last week”).
- If you wish to make substantive edits, you must receive approval from the original author before publication.
- Credit the author and Texas A&M Health in the byline.
- Format: Author Name, Texas A&M Health
- Credit Vital Record and include a link to the original story at the top or bottom of the republished article.
- Do not sell or use our original material for commercial purposes.
- Only republish images created by Texas A&M Health.
- Image credits are listed in the caption.
- Do not republish images sourced from third parties, wire services or external providers.
- Do not imply endorsement.
- Republishing our content does not constitute an endorsement of your organization, products or services.
- Notify us when you republish.
