Dr. Kash appointed to editorial board

Bita Kash, Ph.D., M.B.A., assistant professor at the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health, has been appointed to a three-year term on the editorial board for the Journal of Healthcare Management, a peer-reviewed journal of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Kash’s areas of research include organizational performance, nursing home staffing and cost, workforce issues and management capacity building. She is currently working on a research project examining organizational and work factors affecting quality and overall performance in nursing homes by applying mixed methods.
