McLeroy to participate in CIHR review

Regents Professor Kenneth McLeroy, Ph.D., of the Texas A&M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health has been asked to participate in the review of public, community and population health grant applications for the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). CIHR is the equivalent of the National Institutes of Health in the United States. Like its U.S. counterparts, the grant review committee will review grant applications and make recommendations for funding. The review panel meeting will be in December in Ottawa, Canada.
